Serviced Apartment guests are welcome, but please remember this is not a hotel and you are sharing a residential building with permanent residents that are going about their normal business.
We kindly ask that you respect their peace and privacy.
Noise audible from another apartment or on OC property during the following times in unacceptable:
Monday to Thursday: before 7 am and after 10 pm.
Friday: before 7 am and after 10 pm.
Saturday and public holidays: before 9 am and after 10 pm.
Sunday: before 9 am and after 10 pm.

Security
Security regularly patrols these buildings and the car park every day. They can be contacted for your urgent matters or if you are experiencing issues with one of the Serviced Apartments within these complexes.They will attempt to deal with the issue, but if all else fails and you believe it should be escalated to a police matter contact the police on 000.

Car Park
All car park spaces are private property. It is illegal to park in in a car park space without permission. No car park spaces are available for visitors or guests. Public parking is available in nearby streets, car parks on Caravel Lane, Docklands Drive, Harbour Esplanade and the multi-level East Car Park near Harbour Town shopping centre.
If someone has parked illegally in your spot, please call Anytime Towing on 1300 318 664 or log onto their website https://www.anytimetowing.com.au/tow-away-authority-form/ to authorise a tow away of breached vehicle. The vehicle breaching the rules will pay for the tow and retrieval, there is no charge to you as the reporter. Anytime towing will ask you for your details to ensure that you are the authorised user of the carpark. Signs about parking and Tow Away Services are displayed prominently at the entrance to the car park and on each level.

Moving In and Out
Residents who are planning to move in or out of these buildings or accept any large deliveries, please book the lift in advance.
Lifts can only be booked for Monday to Friday 9 am till 3.30 pm.
No moves are allowed in the evenings,on the weekends or public holidays.
All moves are to operate from the lift lobby at carpark level C2 where goods are transported to or from Caravel Lane.
Goods cannot be taken through any of the foyers
The Owners Corporation has a utility vehicle (ute) that can be hired to assist in transporting goods.
Please see the Building Manager or call him on 0439 909 936 between 8 am and 4 pm Monday to Friday to arrange a booking and for ute hire fees.
